About Us and Our Policies
InfoQuest has been in business since 1998 and every day has been spent protecting people in one way or another. Our company has been involved in everything from general risk management in corporate settings to anti-terrorism work in the days and years since 9/11. This is the focus we have maintained during our entire existence. For more on our story, take a look at the "About the Author" page to read a bit more about our VP and COO Paul Purcell.

We value every person who has taken the time to visit our site, and we certainly appreciate those who have made the investment in their family's safety by ordering "Disaster Prep 101." Since we have such high regard for you and nothing but utter contempt for spammers, identity thieves, and others who would abuse your personal info, we don’t give anything out to anyone. Ever!
We do not gather information about the visitors to our site.
Your credit card information used for a purchase is collected only by our shopping cart provider, "Stripe". They are a PCI Level 1 Service Provider and take the security of your data very seriously. To learn more about their security policy please visit https://stripe.com/help/security. Our site is also protected through SquareSpace, our website hosting company. In fact, we don’t even use your information ourselves except to send you your package.
To subscribe to our blog or receive our ebook we ask you to enter your email address in the sidebar and subscribe separately for those items so that we can be certain that you want to hear from us. Once you subscribe you will receive the blog or ebook delivered to your inbox as they are published. You will also receive an email from us with a link and password to our Resource Library. We ask that you not share that link and password with anyone and we will email you a new password periodically as we strive to protect these resource items for our subscribers only.
Since it’s our mission to help you, our commitment to you begins with your very first visit to our site, and includes your personal information. It goes nowhere but to us.
