The "Appendix" of our manual carries over 75 pages of various family data forms and worksheets (which are also provided in softcopy format on the CDs). Filling these out will put you miles ahead of where you are now. While forms are only a small part of the organizational tools given to you in "Disaster Prep 101," we thought it important to provide a preview of a couple of our more basic forms. These will show you the type of simple yet comprehensive detail we provide. Please feel free to share these with friends and family. The "Find Me" form (Give people the tools they need to find you in an emergency.) The "Pet ID" form (Pets are part of the family too. Record their pertinent information.)
Remember, our forms collection not only appears hardcopy in the "Appendix" of the book, but also in softcopy on our CDs so you can print as many as your family needs. |
